Rule 17
No Aircraft Shall Make A Flight Without Having Fire Extinguishing Materials And Equipment
No aircraft shall fly and operate without having fire extinguishing materials and equipment mentioned in the Annex and Manual for the security of the passengers, Aircraft, airport and other matters and such other type of equipment.
